Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Times
We work with international fulfillment partners (dropshipping model), and shipping times may vary depending on the supplier’s location and destination country. Typical delivery times are:

•    United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

•    Europe: 8–14 business days

•    Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

•    Rest of the World: 12–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Multiple Items in One Order
If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. This means you may receive more than one package, possibly arriving on different days.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply once the package reaches your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking or reshipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to courier issues, customs processing, or natural events. If you believe your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
